Christoph Niesel has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and investment industry. His professional focus includes global equities, active fund management, company fundamentals and portfolio management.
At Morgans Capital Management, his responsibilities encompass guidance on global equity research, analysis of listed companies and support on portfolio strategy and risk considerations.

Professional background.
His career includes portfolio and client relationship work at Dresdner Private Banking from 1993 to 2000, followed by a senior fund management role at DIT. He joined Union Investment in October 2002.
He served for many years as lead portfolio manager of the UniGlobal fund, stepping down from that operational role on April 1, 2024. His professional focus at MCM concerns global equity strategy with particular relevance to Germany and Europe.
